(If you enroll after the first week of the month, you may pay the promotional rate of $15 per lesson for each lesson in the first partial month), and $59 for the first full month.  A $2 per month surcharge applied to credit card payments.  Offer subject to availability.

I understand that there will be no make-up lessons offered for lessons missed during the promotional period.
