Independence School of Music is the best choice for

Our teachers are great, our studios are clean and spacious, our location central, and our tuition is very competitive. When you enroll in private music lessons or group music lessons at Independence Music (formerly Prestige Music), you become part of our family. We care about each student and their music education goals.
Independence School of Music offers adult music lessons, and youth music lessons. Our music instruction is customized to meet the needs of our students, young or old.
We understand that music education is a very important part of the growth our our school age students, and that school work comes first. We also recognize that many musicians also have an active interest in sports, theatre, community service and other activities. While a commitment to practice and lessons is essential to developing one's full potential as a musician, we will schedule up to one make-up lessons per month subject to availability of our teachers.
Other music schools wonder how we can offer weekly private music lessons for only $59 per month (introductory rate), when studios just down the street are charging $90 to $100 per month or more. Quite simply, our rent is low because we own our building, we subsidize Independence School of Music lessons with retail sales and instrument repairs and online sales, and we rely on word of mouth advertising.
Your choices for private music lessons at Independence School of Music include piano lessons, guitar lessons, violin lessons, saxophone lessons, flute lessons, trumpet lessons, trombone lessons, clarinet lessons, drum lessons and voice lessons. We also offer group guitar lessons.
