Independence School of music offers private music lessons including private piano lessons, private guitar lessons, private violin lessons in our Independence, Ohio studios.  Now, starting in February 2008, Independence School of Music teachers will also offer private music lessons in YOUR HOME. 

 

Private lessons at home are excellent help for parents who are providing home school music education; but also a good choice for parents who have two or more students who want to learn to play piano, violin or guitar.  Some kids are hurried around from one activity to another, and parents just can not find the time to do everything.  When your music teacher comes to your home, you can maintain a more relaxed schedule for your children, and still give them the opportunity to learn to play a musical instrument.  Often one or two children and a parent will each take a lesson.  At-home music lessons are also an excellent choice for parents where transporting students to the music school for weekly piano lessons, violin lessons or guitar lessons is not possible.  We also can offer Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, and Flute lessons at home.

 

When you take private music lessons in your own home, you will still have the same professional music teachers that are teaching at the Independence School of Music.  Our "at home" music lessons are offered in the comfort of your own home, once a week on a regularly scheduled time for 30 minutes in duration per student.  Tuition is $120 per month per student.  Our "At Home" music students participate in the Independence School of Music recitals, and other events.
